Inspired Designs by Pam is owned by Pamela Hilvers a pediatric physician and mother from West Virginia. Pam learned the art of jewellery making during a craft class at a camp for children with congenital heart disease (Camp Mountain Heart) in 2007. Since that time she has been spending most of her free time making her unique one-of-a-kind designs. Pam custom designs for casual and formal occasions.
